These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Pro Vets Pressure Washing website and the services we provide. By using this website or booking work with us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or our services.

1. About us

Pro Vets Pressure Washing is a veteran owned and operated exterior cleaning company serving St. Johns, Mandarin, St. Augustine, Ponte Vedra, Nocatee, Jax Beach and surrounding areas in Florida. You can reach us by phone or text at (904) 533-6762, or by email at provetspw@gmail.com.

2. Website content

The content on this site — including service descriptions, photos and before-and-after images — is provided for general information only. We work to keep it accurate, but we make no guarantee that all content is complete, current or error-free. Nothing on this website is a binding offer, contract or guarantee of a specific result on your property.

3. Estimates and quotes

• Estimates are free and carry no obligation.
• Estimates are based on the information you provide and, where applicable, an on-site look at the property.
• If actual conditions differ materially from what was described (for example, larger square footage, heavier staining, or restricted access), we will discuss any adjustment with you before performing additional work.
• Unless stated otherwise in writing, an estimate is valid for 30 days.

4. Scheduling, weather and cancellations

Appointments are scheduled by phone or text. Exterior cleaning depends on weather and safe working conditions, and jobs may need to be rescheduled due to rain, storms, high winds or other safety concerns. We ask that you give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule, and we will do the same for you.

5. Text messaging, calls and opt-in consent

There are no forms on this website — no contact form, no checkbox, no newsletter box and no sign-up field. All opt-in consent takes place in a chat, meaning a conversation you choose to start with us: either the chat window on this site or a text message to (904) 533-6762. By messaging us in the chat window or by text and giving us your mobile number, you consent to receive text messages back from Pro Vets Pressure Washing about your estimate and your job. By calling us, you consent to us returning your call at that number. The chat window is provided by our messaging provider, LeadConnector, which handles those messages on our behalf.

• Messages are conversational and job-related: estimate replies, scheduling, appointment confirmations, arrival notices, invoices and receipts. We do not send bulk or automated marketing texts.
• Message frequency varies and depends on your own conversation with us.
• Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier plan.
• Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. You may also simply tell us in the chat to stop contacting you, and we will honor that request.
• Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• We never sell or share your mobile number or your text-message opt-in with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

6. Your responsibilities as a property owner

Before we arrive, and to help the job go smoothly and safely, you agree to:

• Confirm you are the property owner or are authorized to approve the work;
• Provide access to the work area and to a functioning water supply and, where needed, electrical outlets;
• Close windows and doors, and secure or remove pets, vehicles and loose personal items from the work area;
• Tell us in advance about any known damage, defects, loose siding, failing paint or seals, faulty windows, old or brittle surfaces, irrigation components, or anything else that could be affected by cleaning.

7. Property condition and limitations

We use professional equipment and appropriate techniques, including low-pressure soft washing where it is the right method, and we take care to safeguard landscaping. Even so, some surfaces have pre-existing conditions that cleaning can reveal or that cannot be corrected by washing — including but not limited to oxidation, previously failing paint or sealant, wood damage, cracked or spalling concrete, permanent staining, hard water etching, and artillery fungus. Pro Vets Pressure Washing is not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions or defects that were not disclosed to us before the work began.

8. Satisfaction guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with a completed job, contact us within 7 days and we will return to review the area and make reasonable corrections to the work we performed. This guarantee covers workmanship on the services we provided and does not cover re-soiling, new growth or staining that occurs after the job, or conditions described in Section 7.

9. Pricing and payment

Pricing is set out in your estimate. Unless agreed otherwise, payment is due upon completion of the work. Applicable taxes may be added. Prices quoted for one service or property do not automatically apply to other services, properties or future jobs.

10. Insurance

Pro Vets Pressure Washing is fully insured. Proof of insurance is available on request.

11. Photos of completed work

We may photograph work areas before and after a job for quality records and for marketing, including on this website and our social media. Photos show property exteriors only and are not labeled with your name or street address. If you prefer that we not use photos of your property, just tell us and we will honor it.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, Pro Vets Pressure Washing is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from this website or our services. Our total liability for any claim relating to a job will not exceed the amount you paid for that job. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

13. Intellectual property

The Pro Vets Pressure Washing name, logo, photographs and site content are owned by Pro Vets Pressure Washing or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or redistribute them without our written consent.

14. Third-party links

This website links to third-party platforms such as Facebook and TikTok. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, terms or practices of those sites.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in St. Johns County, Florida.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time you use the site or book a service is the version that applies.
