This website has no contact forms, newsletter sign-ups or accounts. The only place you can give us information on this site is the chat window — and using it is entirely up to you. Every opt-in, including consent to receive text messages, happens in a chat: either the chat window on this site or the call or text conversation you start with us. • Information you give us directly. When you call or text the number listed on this site, or start a conversation in the chat window, we receive your phone number and whatever details you choose to share — such as your name, property address, and the services you are interested in. The chat window is operated on our behalf by our messaging provider, LeadConnector, which processes those messages so we can reply to you.
• Service records. If you book work with us, we keep basic records needed to schedule jobs, perform the work, and provide estimates, invoices and receipts.
• Basic technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically log standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring page and the date and time of your visit. This is used for security and to keep the site running properly.

How we use information

We use the information described above only to:

• Respond to your call or text and provide a free estimate;
• Schedule, perform and follow up on pressure washing and exterior cleaning services;
• Send job-related communications such as appointment confirmations, invoices and receipts;

We do not sell your information

This website has no contact form, no checkbox and no sign-up field — the only way to opt in to text messages is by starting a conversation with us yourself, either in the chat window on this site or by texting (904) 533-6762. When you send us a message either way and give us your mobile number, you are giving consent to receive text replies from Pro Vets Pressure Washing about your estimate and your job. If you never message us, we never message you.

• What we send. Conversational and job-related messages only — estimate replies, scheduling, appointment confirmations, arrival notices, invoices and receipts. We do not run bulk or automated marketing text campaigns.
• Message frequency. Varies, and depends entirely on your own conversation with us.

• Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not sell or share your mobile phone number or your text-message opt-in with any third party, affiliate or marketing partner for their own purposes. Your number is used only to respond to you and coordinate your service. Phone calls work the same way: if you call us, we use your number to return your call and arrange the work.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels. The chat window is loaded from our messaging provider, LeadConnector, and it may set cookies or use browser storage for the functional purpose of keeping your chat session going between pages and visits. Images and assets may be served from third-party content delivery networks, which may log standard request data as part of delivering those files.
